IT FEELS SO RIGHT

The story behind the song

HISTORY

It Feels So Right is a smooth and sultry blues-pop song performed by Elvis Presley. He first recorded it on
March 20, 1960, at RCA Studio B located in Nashville, Tennessee.

The track was number 6 on his first album after leaving the army, called Elvis Is Back!, which was really well-received by fans and critics. Ben Weisman and Fred Wise wrote the song together. Elvis recorded it with his backup singers, the Jordanaires. Musicians on the recording included Hank Garland, Scotty Moore, and Floyd Cramer, who were all super talented.
