As We See Here,
Was Placed On Top Of
Just when you thought you couldn't be more frightened by a fake Elvis photograph, another pops up. This one is really bad. Someone decided to dream up an age transformation on Elvis, but to keep history accurate it is necessary to show Elvis's new fans and some of his old fans the original photograph from 1969.

THE ORIGINAL IS SO MUCH BETTER. WHY ANYONE WOULD CHANGE IT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE.
THERE ARE SO MANY SPLENDID "REAL" PHOTOGRAPHS OF ELVIS AND PRISCILLA; THERE IS NO NEED TO CREATE NEW ONES.

NOT EVEN A GOOD FAKE!
LIFE magazine is full of historical photographs. This photograph of Marlon Brando is just one that graced its pages.

"THE MEN" was released on July 20, 1950
In July 1950, Elvis was only fifteen years old and entering his sophomore year at Humes High School. Once people accept that Elvis was younger than many of the faulty rumors told about him, then many lies tarnishing his reputation will fall by the wayside.
ANOTHER HEAD SWITCH
I don't know what the infatuation is with switching heads with Marlon Brando, but here is another one. This one isn't very good either; photograph with Elvis's head is awfully bitmapped and blurry.

Elvis covered "MY WAY" and made it his own even though it had been popularized by Frank Sinatra. Maybe that's what gave someone the stupid idea to take Elvis's photograph as a youth and stick it under Sinatra's hat.

This is another strange head switch. As you can see, Marilyn Monroe's head is awkwardly placed over Debra Paget's head. An easy detection that this was fake is because Marilyn's head is way too big and the shadows are all wrong.

DESPERATELY SEEKING STOCK
People are so desperate to distort history that someone took this original stock photograph from Getty Images (shown on the right) and used it to create a fake image of Elvis and Priscilla. You can see how Elvis's head looks really odd on the generic photograph's body.
NOT ELVIS'S STYLE
Another stock photograph from Getty Images (shown on the right). This one is easy to see as fake because Elvis never dressed this dumpy. Elvis was never caught in a pair of jeans outside of a movie role. The headshot of Elvis is from the movie "STAY AWAY, JOE"

LISA MARIE PRESLEY
Another photograph circulating around the internet is shown here with Elvis added into a photograph of his daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, sleeping soundly in her crib. They're falsely claiming it is a "rare" photograph. The original is shown on the right, complete with crib bumpers proving Elvis would never have been able to squeeze into the crib with his daughter.

DAVIDE FORMISANO (middle), is a flute concertist, professor at Musikhochschule in Stuttgart, and principal flutist at the Scala in Milano. His is the REAL photograph. The fake photograph on the far right where Elvis's head is way too big for the shoulders is a mixture of Elvis's 1956 photo (far left) and Formisano's ear, hand, and flute. This fake image was actually found on
bing.com/images. Unfortunatley, someone didn't believe that with all of Formisano's hard work, he deserved to have his own photograph.
TOO SILLY EVEN FOR A VIDEO GAME.
Why would this counterfeiter choose this smiling headshot of Elvis? Who smiles as if they are posing for a selfie, while fighting on the front lines?

In April of 1960, he was arrested for selling pornographic materials (Congress didn't repeal the remaining 1873 Comstock Laws until 1965).
The real two year old Elvis Presley is shown below standing between his parents.
Not Even Cherokee
Elvis's great-great-great grandmother was Cherokee.
Her name was Morning Dove.
THE PHOTO ON THE LEFT IS NOT HER.
However, all over the internet this photograph is labeled as being such. FACT: This photograph was taken by photographer Lee Major Moorhouse. She was an Umatilla Indian from the Oregon and Washington Territories. The Cherokees were from the Southeastern regions. This is a glass negative and is contained in the Bureau of American Ethnology - 1850s-1930s.

Another Identity Crisis
Original Photograph of Elvis's Parents,
Vernon and Gladys Presley.
Photographed by William Speer in Memphis, Tennessee.
Like in the photograph above, if it says "Piretos Creations" it's a fake.
In the original (left) is a photograph of Elvis's mother, Gladys Presley, whose face isn't stretched out of proportion. Circa 1956.
From page 220 of "THIRTY PIECES OF SILVER: THE BETRAYAL OF ELVIS PRESLEY."
Needless to say, the original photograph isn't hard to detect. This 1956 photograph of Elvis and his mother Gladys was taken in black and white. There have only been a few colorized photographs of the authentic Elvis photographs that were able to fool people, this isn't one of them.
On the internet, Elvis's MILITARY photo is placed among actual convict photographs and labeled as a criminal mug shot . . .
FAKE PRISON SHOT
. . . The Website Making This Claim Is:
These LIARS use Elvis's 1956 gas station incident where he defended himself from attackers as the reason for his arrest. The court found Elvis completely innocent. To expand on this lie, these blog creators used Elvis's military identification as a mugshot. Did they think we were so stupid, we wouldn't notice the lack of serial numbers? I guess next time they'll Photoshop a fake mugshot with a fake serial number.

RUE MOUFFETARD: AN OBVIOUS CATCH
Army issue undershirts were and still are WHITE only. Apparently, someone didn't care for Army discipline and decided to turn Elvis's 1958 undershirt, into a decades later t-shirt.
AN OBVIOUS FAKE
Shown in this fake photograph is Elvis with one Army stripe, Private E-2, which he received in 1958.
This photo was taken sometime around October/November 1960 in Hamburg, Germany by photographer, Astrid Kirchherr. Elvis was honorably discharged in March 1960 with the rank of sergeant.
FAKE ARMY RANK
On February 11, 1960, just three weeks before Elvis received his "Honorable Discharge" from the Army, he received his Sergeant stripes. A Sergeant has three stripes on his sleeve. However, in this photograph Elvis has the four stripes of a Staff Sergeant. This may have been the misdoings of Elvis's manager, Thomas Parker, better known as "The Colonel."
FACT: Elvis wasn't in the Army long enough to achieve the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Elvis and his car were cut out of the original photograph and placed on a photograph in front of the Memphis Recording Service.
On Thursday, September 9, 1954, Elvis and the Blue Moon Boys performed at the Katz-Drug Store Lamar-Airways Shopping Center. In this original photograph, Elvis is seen here in the Lamar Shopping Center parking lot.

Just in case anything went wrong with the broadcast Satellite Special, Elvis Presley taped a January 12, 1973, rehearsal concert. For both shows, Elvis wore a white "American Eagle" jumpsuit designed by Bill Belew.
As you can see in this photograph, Elvis used his 1969 Custom built Ebony guitar.

1956 OR 1960?
IF IT SAYS "PIRETOS CREATIONS" IT'S A FAKE!
This photo of Priscilla in Germany was taken in 1960. She most certainly was not looking at a live concert of Elvis in Tupelo, Mississippi on the television. Elvis performed his first Tupelo concert in 1956, making this a four year difference. In addition, the Tupelo concert was not televised.

In March 1960 when Elvis completed his stint in the United States Army, it was Nancy Sinatra who welcomed him back home from Germany; not Dolly Parton.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST
As you can see the woman's clothing in the background is clearly 21st Century attire. Whoever created this placed a 1957 photo of Elvis observing his own 21st Century advertisement created from a 1956 photograph.
